UNDER EMERGENCY CONTACT, PLEASE LIST SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF FOR US TO CONTACT, IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY!

We had a death in a unit last year and there was no one to contact to let them know about the situation. If we had an Emergency Contact person and phone number on file, we could have promptly handled this situation which ended up taking several days. Thank you.
