The purpose of this Committee is to be the eyes and ears of the Association and to report to Don Lamontagne or Art Scurlock
anything that appears to be a violation of the Rules and Regulations of our Association.
Some of the things they will be watching out for are:
- Illegal activity, such as drugs, alcohol, etc. anywhere on the common property ( parking lot, pool, etc.)
- Speeding. Fast driving through the area will not be tolerated. This Committee will obtain license plate numbers
and unit numbers and report them to the Horry County Police Department.
- Dumping Trash anywhere except in the dumpster. If they catch anyone doing this they will report it to management
and that unit owner will be fined $100.
- Walking pets without a leash and a bag to dispose of feces. This too will result in a violation penalty of $100.
Everyone in the complex should be proud of our community and pick up and dispose of any litter. If everyone pitches
in, it will keep our community looking nice and will not be a hardship for anyone. Take pride in our complex.
