Little River Resort is located in Little River, SC, on U.S. Highway 17, just north of North Myrtle Beach.
Our complex consists of 218 one, two and three bedroom condominiums. We welcome both Owners, Prospective Owners and Visitors
to our Wonderful Community. We are proud of our community and we only ask that you respect the Rules and Regulations
(posted elsewhere on this site) and the Residents who live here full time.
We are governed by an annually elected board of directors (shown below) and managed by a professional property
manager, Blue Coast Management, Inc. We have two well maintained swimming pools and a heated Jacuzzi. We also
have two tennis courts and a play area for volleyball and other activities.
We do not, as an association, rent or sell any units, nor do we endorse any rental agencies, several of
whom operate in the area.
