Bill Bryant, pictured here, has been employed to perform the task of filter changing and to insert algaecide (bleach) in the drain lines.  Bill & his wife Cynthia live in Building 26.  Bill will perform this service twice each year. Bill is a retired plumber and he is extremely knowledgeable about your Hot Water Tank, your AC Unit and your drain line.

 

Bill reports that a large number of units have no accommodation for inserting algacide.  This requires installation of a standpipe in your drainline.  Bill will perform this valuable service for a modest $35, a charge that if performed by an outside plumber would cost anywhere from $65 to $125.  If you would like this done, please make your check payable to Bill Bryant and send it to Blue Coast Management, Inc, P.
