Bill Bryant

Bill Bryant, pictured here, has been employed to perform the task of filter changing and to insert algaecide (bleach) in the drain lines.  Bill & his wife Cynthia live in Building 26.  Bill will perform this service twice each year. Bill is a retired plumber and he is extremely knowledgeable about your Hot Water Tank, your AC Unit and your drain line.

Bill reports that a large number of units have no accommodation for inserting algacide.  This requires installation of a standpipe in your drainline.  Bill will perform this valuable service for a modest $35, a charge that if performed by an outside plumber would cost anywhere from $65 to $125.  If you would like this done, please make your check payable to Bill Bryant and send it to Blue Coast Management, Inc, P. O.Box 31178, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588.  Be sure to indicate your unit number where you want this done.
