Thanks for the info on the audit. Money well spent and necessary. Also good
going updating web site. All are very
appreciated. I particularly enjoy learning the
goings-on; example -- filter changing plan and ferrets in the condos. I
don't get
around much to chat with folks due to my work, and more or less housebound
otherwise, any and all info about
"stuff" is welcomed.
Looks like this new board (you guys) have an awful clean-up job in front of you.
i.e. possible
wrong doing by prior board members. But then I don't really need to
tell you what you know.
I am happy the "grown
ups" are in charge. If I might steal a phrase. It is
comforting to me, as a homeowner (approx. 12+ yrs), to know someone
is on the job
taking care of this LRI. If anyone of the prior board is criminally liable they
should be held accountable,
of course.
Love the pics - nice job.

You did a fabulous job on the website. Not only does our entire
complex look better, you have done an awesome job with the website. Thanks for all your hard work and concern.

We really like the new web page. If everyone would get online, we
could save money and time spent on mailings. Originally when we voted on the tennis courts fate, we were not given the choice
of eliminating all the courts. Over the years, we have seen very little use of the courts even when they were in good
condition. Is this a possibility? It would seem that since we operate on a very tight budget, removing them verses
rebuilding would be more cost effective. Ia all the screening and painting completed? The reason I ask is when
my porch was redone, they left a small gap that will allow bugs to come through. We will be down in March and I need
to know if I must bring material with me to fix this. Thanks.

Art, we own unit 1809 and have it rented full time as of now. We were
so disappointed in the last board we were going to sell. We are retired and as soon as we can afford to we will be using
it ourselves. We had spent $500 on carpet but have not had a chance to see if the old board actually installed it.
If you have any problems with our unit please let us know. Thanks for all the new board has done. The place looks
great!!! Greg & Paula.

Art, you and the Board are doing a great job at looking after our property.
This was long overdue. Keep up the good work! Don Olynyk.

Outstanding effort on the website. I have been a property owner since
the beginning of Little River and this is the first time that I have a resource to go to about anything that is going
on at Little River. Believe me when I say how important this is for folks that live up in Mass. Keep up the good work!

Sounds like you are making progress. Glad you are still working
on building 27. How did others receive reductions while we are paying more? See you at the April meeting-Sue &

Not all are complimentary:
Website looks great. One minor detail in the welcoming letter.
It states LRR has 218 condominiums. Actually, LRR is one condominiium with 218 condominium units. Sorry about
the nit picking. Walter Gust.

In reference
to the kids and vandalism, I just wanted to say that part
of
the problem is the school bus letting them out at the entrance so
that they have to walk in little gangs through our front buildings to
get to their condos. I have had my screened porch door screen sliced
with a knife once, and recently ripped a big hole in the side screen
from these kids. If the school bus dropped them off at a different place,
or if someone was on hand every day to watch them walk home, it would help.
Preventing walk-thrus between buildings 1 and 2 would help. I know that's
nearly impossible, but that's where your problem is coming from. I have
seen them come through, and indeed they look to be in 5th grade or so.
